This notice explains what information is handled when you visit the BretoHome catalogue, use the wishlist or contact us.

1. Who is responsible

BretoHome is a trading name of A. Zaos Trading Ltd. A. Zaos Trading Ltd is the controller for the personal data described in this notice.

2. Information we handle

  • Website and security data: IP address, browser/device information, requested pages, timestamps and security events may be processed in technical server logs.
  • Wishlist data: selected products, quantities, notes and any optional name, email, phone or company details you add are stored in your browser. The website does not receive them merely because you create or download a wishlist.
  • Enquiries: the contact form prepares a message in your own email application. It is not submitted to or stored by the website. If you send it, BretoHome receives and processes the details contained in your email.
  • Administration data: authorised staff sign-in details and activity may be processed to protect and operate the private administration area.
  • External media data: if you allow Google Maps, Google may receive your IP address, browser information, referrer and interaction data.

4. Who may receive data

We use service providers for website hosting, security and email. They process data only as needed to provide those services. Product images or links may also come from brand and content providers, which may receive ordinary request information such as your IP address. Google Maps is not loaded until you choose to allow external media.

Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are protected by an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another lawful safeguard.

5. How long we keep it

Wishlist information remains on your device until you clear the wishlist or browser storage. Privacy choices are requested again after six months. Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed to respond, manage the business relationship and meet accounting, legal or dispute-resolution obligations. Technical and security logs are retained for limited periods appropriate to their purpose.

6. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. To exercise a right, email sales@benestrom.com. We may need to verify your identity.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.

7. Children and changes

This catalogue is intended for a general audience and is not designed to collect children’s data. We may update this notice when the site or legal requirements change; the date above shows the latest version.
